Online contest for all-India homeschoolers

This Indus Valley program is just great!!! You have decided to follow us online. Yep. You are going to watch all PowerPoint presentations, you are going to complete all notebook pages, and you are going to do all the activities that are suggested… BUT SO SAD, SO TERRIBLY SAD… You won't be able to make it to our Indus Valley Museum in January. You won't be there to expose your artifacts; you won't be there to get a prize… PHEWWW! Feel like shedding a few tears!!????

NO DEAR. Here I have got something to perk you up…. WHAT????
AN ONLINE CONTEST… AND A CHANCE TO WIN A PRIZE.

All you have to do is very simple. Let me explain.
The children who decide to participate to this contest will have to produce the most original, creative, mind-boggling, astounding PowerPoint presentation on Indus Valley. PowerPoint presentations are very easy to make… your child will help you… I mean you will help your child…. And then when it is done you send it to murielkakani@ecologyforchildren.com. By the way, PowerPoint presentations can be sent through Email just as any other attached file. Easy or not?? Just remember that the file shouldn't be more than 5MB.
ALL PATICIPANTS SHOULD SEND THEIR PRESENTATIONS BY DECEMBER 31 MIDNIGHT.
Then once I get all presentations, I will post them here on this blog so that everybody can appreciate your good work.
THAT'S NOT ALL. On January 8th - no that's not my birthday, that's the presentation day "A day at the Indus Valley Museum"- we will have an online poll to vote for the best PowerPoint presentation.
A poll??????
Yeah… that is very much possible with Blogger. Check Blogger's gadgets. It is there. Always dreamt of using it but never got a chance.
So on Jan 8th, all homeschoolers will be asked to vote online. Absolutely democratic!! What do you say?
We will keep the poll open till Jan 10th and on 10th at midnight, we will declare the winner: YOU, of course. And a few days later, the courier will ring your bell to present you with your well deserved prize. Hooray!
